My take on steak and eggs, or at least my take with whatever I can find in the house. I sat there staring at the lone slab of meat with hardly a breakfast two hours earlier. What to make… Bingo! Steak and eggs.
I’m not going to lie, it was very good. That statement is coming from someone that isn’t the biggest steak guy. I think that is mostly due to having so many mediocre steaks over the years. So many times I’ve cut into a porter or a ribeye and just felt underwhelmed. Salt and pepper play a crucial role in a steaks performance. Without over seasoning, S&P can allow the natural flavor of beef to come alive. Just something to think about…
