Mama Mia!!

The time has come. Fabio Viviani got kicked off of Top Chef last night. Fabio was the first chef I really began rooting for in the series. Not only was his broken English a charm and brought plenty of entertainment, but his Italian heritage was something that inspires me. A classic example of living an American dream, over the past three years Fabio as accomplished many things in the US. As much as I am not a fan of “TV personality food shows”, I would love to see him do something like that in the future. Buona fortuna!
